Good to hear @cedahm! Got a little better warranty, just to cover some of the bells and whistles, should I have issues, but otherwise I’m liking it so far.
Not to derail, but plenty still do, if you know where to look.
Coming from a millennial who puts The Band as one of my “gateway bands”. Robbie wasn’t my favorite member, but his influence runs deep. So it goes
Been in the rumor mill for a bit, sounds like it’s official. Will the cost of used pickups go up or down with this news? Was thinking about getting one, myself

We opted to go for the new Chevy gas truck, and that sucker has plenty of power. We pull 32 foot gooseneck cattle trailers, and it doesn’t have ALL of the diesel power, but it works pretty well. Only thing you miss while pulling is the exhaust brake. I like this truck better than our last gas...
After a late start, my pumpkins seem to be catching up and will hopefully fulfill my goal of not having to go to someone else’s pumpkin patch this year

Just talking about selling got one taken off the list. Fine by me!
Ithaca Deerslayer 2 3/4”
This is Grandpa’s signature gun- he and Dad had/have matching guns, and I started hunting with Dad’s. Action works well! He used it a lot, as he did a lot of missing with it :giggle:
Custom cardboard...
As promised here are my Grandpa’s and Great Grandpa’s guns
First, an old Ithaca Model 37 12 Ga 2 3/4 inch. One of the nicer guns of the collection, the action is still pretty darn smooth.
Next up is this old single shot 12 ga- guessing 2 3/4”. All it says is “SCOUT”. No other numbers...
Thanks, Dave. I definitely will. I feel kinda crummy not wanting them, but I know I won’t give them the attention they need. Figure if I can make any money off them, I’ll put it toward one of my boys’ first rifle and they can remember Grandpa through that
