    I called NM game and fish and asked them the same question. They told me 15 was the minimum number of tags for a non res to get one. But 6 percent of 15 is .9 while 6 percent of 17 is 1.02. I thought 17 tags was the minimum with the new rule change would equal one non res tag.

    My buddy got a pretty nice Tom just outside of Nogales a couple of weeks ago. Its all dry tracking down there so it can be difficult to find fresh tracks, bring double front carhartt to help mitigate the catclaw and other pokies you will encounter.

    I am glad the surgery was successful and you are on the road to recovery! My wife had a brain tumor removed three years ago, same symptoms, crazy migraines and such. Keep at it and I am sure you will be back in the field in no time.
