Where ya been?
Greenhorn, Hedgehog, humorist, trophy hunter supreme. (Albeit at times over the top with wacky, even obnoxious content. Likely it was the repetitive annoying posts which caused the timeout.)
But still I think: #FREEGREENHORN!
Not a logical interpretation of my rant, if that's to what you refer.
Montana is not "so horrible". It's the "Last Best Place".
Just because big outside interests continue to exploit the state does not make it a horrible place to live.
Having moved here from GF over sixty years ago and residing right in the middle of the Cross Harbor Capital / Lone Mountain Land Co impact zone ... I don't share much hope.
As a member of a Gallatin Gateway concerned citizens group, we met with upper level Cross Harbor bigwigs to voice concerns...
As expressed previously, when it comes to elected offices it seems Montanans don't like Montanans.
Or perhaps Montana just became MAGAnatized beyond any independent thinking.
That is partly true. However the divide was not regarding Nazism or support for Hitler. It was an isolationism and concern about engaging in war issue. The sting of WWI still lingered.
"I've been told" that it's possible to dive into the mermaid pool, press up against the glass, and moon the bar patrons! :D 'Kinda fun growing up in GF.
Although residing in the Gallatin Valley most of adult life, I grew up in Great Falls and graduated as GFHS Bison, and love Great Falls and Cascade County area. 'Don't think you know GF at all from the derogatory remark.
Long, superfluously worded hunting accounts on HT, that could be clearly, succinctly, and interestingly described with a tenth of the verbiage and a few nice photos.
I don't need to know what jam you ate with your PBJ sandwich, nor the time it took to cook that overly described breakfast. :)
