    I'm knocking on 65 in good shape ( made it on the SWAT team at 55 plus ) I would do a solo hunt in the right area. That being said three of us packed my Dall out of the Alaska range to a airstrip and it was a trek. I think it's a matter of the right area,right equipment and right preparation.

    I've ate just about everything mentioned from North America. But I gotta add cat ( Lynx and Mountain Lion ) I had some barbecued Lynx that was outstanding. And from what I hear there is no shortage of takers for Mountain Lion when one is taken.

    Seward might be worth looking into. Depends on the time of year. Way worth it to go north to McKinley for a day or two.if you can catch it on a clear day it's one of sight of a life time.
