I ate horse in Iceland. They raise horses there like we raise beef. We drove over most of the island and I saw only one farm that had had cattle/ cows. But every farm had sheep and horses.
When I was hauling beets last fall I saw that most of the farm pickups had the 10 ply Coopers. When I asked one farmer he told me that it was because they last so long on the gravel roads.
If I'm lucky enough to get drawn in MT the ranch I will be hunting for mulies has a choke point where the deer come out of hills to feed in the alfalfa. My question is are the deer more wary before they go into the choke point or after. I will be bow hunting out of a ground blind.
