This game seemed easy at first, and then I tried to think of my list... here it goes though lol 1) 12 gauge (most versatile) 2) 9mm hand gun (my favorite ccw) 3) 6.5 CM bolt (med game hunting and LR target) 4) AR15 in 223 (fun to shoot and can be loaded for varmints to target to self defense)... -

Elk- Deer-https://youtu.be/x3OaFdP3psc I’ve only watched the deer one so far but they got just about every scrap you could and if I remember correctly they talked about total yield at the end. I assume the elk will be a similar video. Hope this helps!- TM0218

Awesome thanks for the heads up I’ll check them out. I was looking into the traverse as well but Sitka rates it as a warmer pant. It’s rated the same as the mountain pant- TM0218

Budget Binoculars
No I haven’t had the chance to get down to Bass Pro (closest and best I’ve got) but I’ll have to. It seems that glass is a very personal opinion. I almost wish there weren’t so many options. -

Looking to buy a set of 10x binoculars for a WY antelope hunt this year. My only constraint is budget, I’d like to keep it at around $200. Yeah I feel like I’ll have to go with two different pants. For warm pants I was starting to look at the ascent, traverse, and mountain pants, but I’ll look at apex as well. What makes it difficult is there’s nowhere around me to get my hands on them so it’s gonna be an order and try process- TM0218
