Agree with what has been said above. Something I always paid attention to was grammar and spelling. Large quantities of errors are not always is sign of lack of being detail oriented but it’s a red flag. This is someone’s first impression and should take time to review these basic things...- CB1

Off Season Upgrades and Tinkerings...
Set up and sight in the new tikka 7mag. Hopefully work up a load with non lead if I can find primers. Bought a curly maple stock blank but not sure what to put it on or if I’ll get to it this year. -

Ah so not necessarily is it worth it but that we can sometimes chase the most obscure benefit to have the best setup possible. I can appreciate that for sure. -

@Trial153 makes sense. Just an overall upgrade regardless of speed. @mtmuley That resonates for some reason. If going for the best fit then it’s worth it. Unfortunately it’s a bit more expensive to get a bow than adjust powder/primer/bullet (potentially) but it makes sense. -

@madtom I have no idea how fast it actually shoots. I feel like I can really watch the arrow based on weight and speed lol. I was looking at IBO as a relative compariso and assumed faster is better. It’s an alright bow, definitely lower end but I have not used anything else. -

Why my pack sucks: Kifaru, Stone Glacier, Exo, Seek, Mystery Ranch, Kuiu, etc.
I have the Eberlestock Just One pack. Havnt hauled meat but have loaded it up relatively heavy. The pack itself is pretty heavy and doesn’t seem to fit me well. It is uncomfortable when I get have 50 pounds or so. Not a fan of storing meat in the main compartment where my stuff goes but I...- CB1

I used the first lite uncompahgre this year and it worked well for me. Make a knife
Texas knife maker supply has some good stuff and I think they do heat treating if you need it. Plenty of videos out there. I tried using some cheaper material as a practice run first. Would hate to lose the nice piece.- CB1

Shelter-in-place cooking
Does making summer sausage count? Second time making it. Turned out ok but I got it a bit too hot. Still tastes good though. Forgot to take a pic after it cooked. I think I’ll give that kitchen aid a workout with another batch soon. Love this thread! Lots of good looking food and ideas.- CB1
