There’s a lot of low hanging fruit on this one... I’m going to take the high road and avoid any juvenile mention of dingle berries, thongs or spicy food jokes. Instead I’ll offer an actual solution. There is a product for this issue. Google Astro Glide. That will stop the friction instantly.- JFish

I didn’t know that trick thanks for sharing. I wasnt sure if that nock damaged the end of the arrow or not. I made the mistake of looking at a photo of a blown up carbon arrow going through someone’s hand and now I have an extreme fear of it. I just played it safe and threw it in the junk arrow... -

I’m not sure what happened to it. It was an illuminated Glory nock. In practice they worked great but when I shot a deer it disintegrated and it never lit up. A peice of it was stuck in the shaft. -

Maryland snakehead
The Susquehanna flats and upper Chesapeake area is an awesome place. I’ve caught a few nice largemouth as a bi-catch fishing for stripers, but never a snakehead. Very cool!- JFish

No I wipes them out with a a tip and alcohol, maybe that was my problem. Haven’t gotten a chance to regluw them yet. -

Finally got around to shooting these, they flew great... once. Last year I used super glue gel for inserts, no problems. This year I bought AAE epoxy. Lost 4 of 5 ethics inserts on the first shot. The 5th eventually came loose as well. Very disappointing, back to super glue.
