well, 3rd time in less than a year I get to spend time chasing down wire problems on my Tundra and fixing what they chewed up. I don't know what else I can do. I tried the peppermint spray, but maybe not often enough? More than likely I will have to pull the upper intake off and fix what they...
Crossbow is just an authorization to use that weapon more or less. But the harvest tags are the same. Most of all the southern half of the state used to come with a free doe tag, not sure if that has changed or not.
Letting one fly straight is the easy part. Drawing the string without getting busted or holding until the right shot angle comes is the hard part. That is really the only Big reason crossbows are so much more effective. Try not to draw anytime the deer is standing still unless there is...
Not much change from south and north part of the state, the lattitude change is not enough to really do much IMO. Here's my final take, the rifle season is boring, kind of lame and cheesy. If you want some comfortable time in the woods with some heart pounding out of your chest moments do...
If I had to pick a time to be in the stand for a vacation I would look at Halloween and pick that time as my ballpark. Maybe start that time and stay through the week after. If you are flexible watch the weather and avoid any block of time that is predicted to be over 55f as it slows down...
I use the Meopta Optika LR and love them. Used them last year again down to 10f with zero problems. PM me for a price. In the past I had the Leica and was not impressed with that generation of optics or ranging. The SIG Kilo were better than the older leica but ergonomics sucked.
You must be old like me. The older you get the less you tolerate winter and stupid. Looking outside now and deciding to do a trail run as it is snowing or go in the man cave and ride the bike and watch TV. 32 degrees, light snow... not terrible but we really have had a mild winter in WI so...
F'ing Nio and TNCC.... still holding those turds because I am already down 35% and 70%. I still feel Nio will recover but not sure that TNCC is not a scam and just a CEO skimming off the top.
Exactly. But I would say more like 10+ years out. When covid hit and markets tanked i was more worried about dying from stress than covid because I got caught with my pants down. Not letting that happen again now that there's alternatives in a 401k
It's fluid. But right now I'm looking for safer investments and stocks are too risky to be heavy in for older people. For far too long there were limited options for income in a 401k but that has changed. If I could get a super safe 6% ill take 100% percent out of my investments. Don't be...
A lot of people are tired of the uncertainty and said screw it and moved to cash. I put my Wife's 401k 100% cash 3 weeks ago. Making 4% on it. So far it's played out. Reality is rising rates will take older people to a safe haven and for me I say bring it on. My 401K is all over the damn...
Unless there is a discount for not using one... I charge 4% on any card charge to cover the bank and point fees, those points still cost you, but few places give a discount for paying with check so then by all means use the card.
