Good Hunting Rifle for 15 Year Old Boy (Elk, Deer, Bear)
When I was 15, I was shooting a Remington 30-06. Can't out grow a .308! All of the Ruger firearms I have shot have been rock solid performers. If you want to eventually customize, a Remington 700 is probably the most versatile. -

Didn't see my loads in the chart. The sig app let's me build a custom profile for loads. Then I bluetooth the profile over to the rangefinder. -

Antler growth in NM
Finally had some good rain today....first of the season. Had two tornados the other day but they were dry. Looks like monsoons are a little early this year. Usually bust in the late afternoons here. My driveway is mush rght now. -

It has been really dry down here It has been very dry and hot this spring and summer in the Gila and the Sacs. The higher elevations had some moisture but I am a mile high and have only had a few sprinkles so far. Last year the calf recruitment was good. Have not heard anything about this... -

WTB decoy anchors or mold
When I leased a permanent blind on a flooded pond, I would toss out about 150 and leave them there all season. I used 9 wire? in a styrofoam coffee cup full of concrete for weights.- Gila

When I was a kid, I tied on old sparkplugs using baling twine. Had paper mache solid decoys. I trapped beaver to buy my waterfowling gear. You can get some rather large fishing weight molds. Not sure where to get them these days.- Gila
