The rapid change over the last week has been crazy. I live in the West, so going West is not a problem. I don't think this will impact my hunts this year, but never would've guessed we be where we are today as of 10 days ago. The NBA shutting down felt like the tipping point to me, lots of...
I'm wearing my stock tires out first. Trade in on the take-offs wasn't that impressive, and my reasons for upgrading tires are as much vanity as utility, so I'm holding off for now.

I'm almost exclusively a stream/river fly fisherman. That said, I rate Lake Powell as some of the most enjoyable fishing there is. The variety and abundance of fish combined with the setting is amazing.
Yup, my old F150 had the 6 1/2 ft box, my new one has the 5 1/2. The extra foot makes a huge difference in the amount of crap you can haul for a hunt, but day-to the 5 1/2 has sure been nice around town. Pretty conflicted about what I'll do next time around.

Wow, hadn't been following this thread at all. I don't think I'd be cut out for eastern whitetail hunting. I probably see 20-50 mule deer in a day hunting, covering a lot of ground with the glass. This past season was tougher due winter kill, more like 10 a day.
