Hey guys,
Looking to replace the factory tires on our 2023 f150 but wanna stay with d rated as it doesn’t go off road but definitely needs to be a great snow/ice tire for the north Idaho winters.
I am running cooper at3’s on my other truck and love them but I am trying to keep the ride and gas...
So we have decided to get another truck. I went to the ford dealership and just about fell over when I saw the price .. market adjustment is another term for bend over.
So I told my wife that there are only 2 things I would leave her over.. fooling around on me and buying a Subaru..🤣🤣.
Yeah this second vehicle purchase is a tough one. Our f150 is a 5.0 and actually gets an average of 19 and that’s with an e rated tire.
No matter what we buy we will be...
Hey guys,
I am starting to research getting a second vehicle that gets better gas mileage than my f150 but has a little ground clearance for our dirt road that becomes mud in the spring.
I drove a highlander yesterday but was not really impressed and then I got to thinking about the eco diesel...
On my way back from my Wyoming trip I had my wife reserve me a room in Billings.. she got me a room in laurel because of all of the crime.. I would have never thought of crime and Billings in the same sentence.. I had no issues at all at the best western
If you haven’t already done the job, be sure to depower the electronic power steering rack. I got lucky but you can fry the rack by hitting the ball joints to hard. Found that little gem of info (after I was done) in a 4wd forum and it was not mentioned anywhere else I researched
Many years ago I would have the same nightmare about someone being in the house and we were shooting at each other.. my 44 would go off but the bullet would roll out of the barrel( vs 6 ft that arjcktts had).. there has to be some meaning there but it is beyond me.
Had a dream last night that randy took me way back in the mountains and then left me there.

The brain is a scary thing.

My cooper at3’s are nearing the snow wear bar (1/16 inch from the bar)and I was just wondering when you guys replace your tires.
I have kicked around getting a set of wheels and running these during the dry months as they still have a ton of tread left.
I guess I better say that...
Here is my experience.. hunted elk with danner pronghorns.. boots felt great all hunt… until it was time to pack out an animal. I now use a much stiffer boot..
Thanks for the replies.. my hope was to only come to town once for ice during the 3 week trip. I plan on eating stuff as it thaws and then switching over to freeze dried stuff later in the trip. Since I will have 3 days on the first dry ice purchase, I am gonna try and get more dry ice in...

I am in the final planning phase for my archery Wyoming trip and am trying to figure out the best way to keep my frozen food frozen..😬
My original plan was to leave home with dry ice with frozen milk jugs filling up the rest of the cooler(2 days of travel). There will be hamburger...
