While I agree with many of Matt’s sentiments and frustrations, I also wonder if that position is morally ambiguous. Aren’t there good things that come of sharing our adventures? Isn’t that what inspired many of us to seek hunting adventures in places we had never considered? It must be done the...
With your excellent taste in Friday tunes, I have no doubt your choice of ortho surgeon will likewise serve you well.
Wishing you a speedy recovery, Ken. 2022 will be a great hunting season!
Not getting just a little closer on my daughters first deer tag. She made a pretty good shot at 180 yards and we followed this blood trail a mile, but it was a little far back and he ran onto private where we couldn’t get permission. Her disappointment was harder than any disappointment I have...

We went after sheep for 14 days straight. That was the priority with other species to follow.
We found lots of them but just could not turn up a legal ram. I know @Bambistew was seeing the same thing and it was the report we were getting from everyone you talk to. That helps to understand the...
Couple observations I made right from the start: (1) large boulder scree fields suck in every way possible. (2) quality gear is so essential. We were very pleased with our gear. Beyond a higher end sleeping bag to lower weight, I have no gear changes for next year. (3) like any intense hunt it...
