My idea is I've upgraded all the parts on my bow to high quality pieces that are what I want one at a time. My bow, bowtech assasin, came with the cheapie ready to hunt package. Ive upgraded the sight, rest, stabilizer, quiver. Each one was a little expensive but bought during different years it...
Im learning here. If corner crossing means only using a ladder and not touching the private property, I can see how that's alot different than walking straight through someone's yard to get to public land.
But if your using a big old step ladder to cross this corner, say you fall and get hurt...
I get it from both perspectives. I too have to hunt public land and currently have no private land to hunt. I too own 5 acres of property.
I'm in Virginia so things may be a little different out here. I was under the impression reading these threads that this is mainly about a completely...
Also for what it's worth I think there's alot of simplicity and reliability in always having your gun in one spot. You don't have to think oh crap where's it at? Its on my hip at 4 o'clock, lights on it too. No thinking. And I can access it just as easy driving as not driving. And it's not in...
Pistol doesn't do you no good if it's not on you... walking in and out of parking lots is the riskiest spot most of the time. Besides why in the world would I want to have to handle my unholstered pistol everytime you get in and out of vehicle? Huge chances for negligent shots going off or...
and who sells a half pound jug of powder? I'm going to use way too much working up a new load this year switching, that 8 ounce jug will be gone in no time.
I'll wait and see if walmart has some. They don't get alot of stuff in but they are one of the only stores that with ammo, they don't...
Absolutely ridiculous pricing... I've been wanting to try this powder since I heard about it last year. I'm not rewarding excessive greed and locking myself into a ridiculously expensive and hard to find powder for 1 or 200 fps.
This annoys me too. I get my laughs when I walk out and my "coworker" asks to see my receipt, and I politely but bluntly just say "no" and keep walking to my truck. Yall want to treat me like I just stole something when I just had to do your job for you...
Oh and you can throw a loaded glock off a roof or drop it on a tile floor. It's not going off. Firing pin is 100% blocked until you pull the trigger. That means alot. I don't want to go to jail for my gun being poorly designed.
Glocks have the reputation they do for a reason. I'm not a company fan boy of any company for any product type. But it's hard to make a case to leave glock to try new stuff when there was absolutely nothing wrong with the glocks and then there is room for potential issues with new equipment...
I dont trust accubond long ranges to do what is claimed and actually hold together. My basis Is the AB long range is made from a softer alloy and thinner jacket than the regular accubond. And ive shot the regular accubond and seen that bullet "fail". By fail I mean not hold together like claimed...
I need to go buy a pump action 7mm mag before they go out of business again...
I bought a 700 cdl right before they went out of business and it's a great gun. Only issue was the quality control was a little loose, the chamber was a little rough and dirty. Polished up fine though. I'm Interested...
I agree, sometimes a little competition is a good thing. Same thing just happened to our local Kubota dealer (who used to be the only tractor dealer in town) when a huge John deere dealer bought the old dodge dealership directly across the street from the kubota dealer. All of a sudden what he...
