I had a friend archery hunting out in 704 a couple of yrs ago and he texted me a video of some cows/calves over a water hole. I asked him if he shot. He said he was waiting for a bull. I asked if he drew the permit for that area as I was pretty sure he just had a general tag. He had no clue... -

My daughter took her first deer last night during youth season…she had her “good luck charm” with her🤩. Those two cracked me up all afternoon with their face paint designs and then got serious during golden hr. Such a fun night and experience to share with them.- LukeDuke

Suzanne Somers passed away.
Oh yeah…some good ones. Sanford and Son was pretty funny as well. I was born in 77, so Dukes of Hazzard was on primetime TV🤣…and we all wanted to jump our bikes like the General Lee👍- LukeDuke

Thanks everyone. I have the rack at the bottom and cold pack the meat. I will warm the jars up better tomorrow. I wonder if that is what happened today as now that I think about it, I did have to grab a few extra jars to finish off this first batch and I didn’t warm them like I did the others.- LukeDuke

So I was pressure canning some of Mama’s elk today and I had three jars break…the other 13 made it. I’ve pressure canned meat in each of the last 4 yrs and this is the first time I have ever had this happen? The jars I used today were on their second yr, but they all looked good.
