I have a 12x14 Davis tent and love it. I set it up in about 20 minutes by myself, longer if the weather sucks. It's the breaking down & putting it all back in the truck or trailer that sucks up time, for me. That's the reason I don't set it up if im going to be moving around a lot. But when I...
I have the app on my phone but am using it less and less because I have so many problems with it. It’s great when it works, but more than 1/2 the time it doesn’t work.
I sent in a scope I broke by cranking the rings on too tight. They refurbished it for me & sent it back. It came back just like a brand new scope and has been working flawlessly for 7-8 years now. Nothing to worry about on a refurbishment.
I'd replace it. Leupold & Vortex are both good about honoring their warranties. Sounds like I'd go someplace other than Cabela's or Bass Pro to buy it.
I had a pair I used for several years until they wore out. My feet get cold easy, so I loved them. Put them next to the feet, If they're under the insole will act like an insulator reducing the benefit a lot.
Since I killed my saw, I'm replacing it with an electric battery saw from Milwaukee- it uses the same batteries as my tools for work. No hassles with fuel, tuneups, and next to no noise, compared with a gas saw. They easily can cut 100% of what I use I use a chainsaw for.
I've been using the nice ones from Outdoor Research for over 20 years and love them. They keep the pant bottoms dry, which keeps the socks dry, which make more comfortable feet.
I have a Leer 100xr and am happy with it. It's been for 2-1/2 years and no leaks anywhere. I check the clamps once in awhile to make sure they're tight. The vibrate loose after awhile, especially if you're traveling bumpy routes.
I also use the 1” tubing for my frame without any troubles. I used a sharpie to write on each piece what it is- ridge or rafter. He legs have rubber feet on the bottom so they didn’t need any writing. Makes it simple to get pieces in the right place to set up quickly.
I have and love it. I just used it on a 4,000 mile trip hunting & fishing from Washington to Minnesota via Wyoming to carry 10 gallons water, 5 gallons gas, hi-lift, straps & chain, & plank to level the truck at camping spots. I was happy I had it.
