I prefer to not know what the deer looks like until I see it for the first time during hunting season. Fair chase. Otherwise, it's like a high fence hunt.- Muley_Stalker

Not always. Sometimes hollow points will plug up and delay expansion. If a tipped bullet is built right the tip helps start the expansion faster than a hollow point. CO bear advice
I've seen bears at 12,000ft in Sept but it's not the norm. I don't have the luxury of a lot of natural food where I hunt for bear. I need a bit of luck to catch one in ear shot of my calling.
