    Have you ever had to use your sidearm/bear spray while hunting

    Never discharged bear spray on purpose but last yr in Co. a friend had his go off in holster he was about 20 yrds away and im glad I wasnt closer it was a mess

    New strings and cables

    Just put new stings and cables on my bow the old ones were stretched about 3/16 of an inch not a lot but it seems tighter and quieter may be just me Will shoot it a few weeks then retune it but for now POI hasnt changed much

    I cant judge everything out their but IMO this new jacket is a big step up from the one I had and a friends store brand I do look for sales all the time and for a little over $200 I think its a good value The non camo ones I was looking at were about the same price.

    Mine just arrived very pleased with it and the merino hoodie I bought with it also yes it seems fragile but im not planning to run through briars with it on its meant to be used as a mid layer with some thing over it or when sitting and glassing

    MY 2 cents I used to use a lot of scent control was a bit over kill even and then did some research saw videos of dogs finding people hidden in wood boxes with all kinds of scent control it didn't help at all and deer have better noses than dogs I use the same soap every day unscented lye soap...

    Any Elk Guides Without a Bad Review?

    One of the best ways I have found to screen a guide service is to ask for 3 or 4 references from hunters that did not kill an animal for the last 2 or 3 yrs If someone didnt fill their tag and has good things to say your probably ok. Filling a tag can give someone rose colored glasses
