Regarding if you were just getting points. Do you have to apply for the point only option during the time of the application species for that animal...or can it be done later like WY?
Get a stove that does pellet and wood, pellets will let you sleep all night without adding more to it during the night too...and you still get the dry heat. Not like with propane and the moisture...that just plain sucks.
North Idaho is a good choice if your looking for success, more density. Thicker...but find some open faces to glass. They should be out and moving a lot during the spring.
So according to the info I found WY added a 2nd hunt to Unit 57 last year, and with 7 points I might be able to draw it. But the Type 2 description is as follows:
"Any antelope valid west of Sweetwater County Road 23S and B.L.M. Road 3310, and north and east of B.L.M. Roads 4411 and 4409."...
You've probably seen some of these on my hunting partners post, but who doesn't like looking at waterfowl pictures? We still have a few more weeks here in Idaho to get some hunts in, so hopefully the success continues.

Elk are plentiful in 32A, stay up in the higher elevations, and cooler north facing drainage's and you will find them no problem. Just don't worry about buying a deer tag in that unit. Most folks don't get too far from the road or their hunting camp areas from what I've seen up there. So...
