Iowa legislative assault on public land and wildlife
I wondered why the early muzzy tags no longer sold out. I didn't realize that guys used to be able to buy an antlerless doe tag for shotgun season as well. It is good they did away with that because with the party hunting allowed in Iowa, that guy with the antlerless tag can still shoot a buck...- iawhitetail3

Couldn't agree more. I've saw more people out on public lands than ever before in '21. Especially during pheasant season. Wow...I might want to re-think hunting next to private ground in Colorado! Knowing my luck I would shoot a big bull and he would hop the fence. Hunting gear that punches BELOW its price point
Wow....I remember the 'Kruncher'. When I saw it back then, I just shook my head. That is when I realized how over-commercialized hunting was. I think that came out 12+ years ago and things have only gotten worse!- iawhitetail3

Geared up for 2022
From what I have heard the 2nd rifle can be tough in that unit. After the first few shots of 1st season they head for the large private ranches. That is why I was going to give archery a try.- iawhitetail3
