    DOGS & BEAR MEAT?

Try deglazing your pan with worchesterchire sauce after sauteing. Lends a great flavor and gets some of those cooked-on bits from the bottom.

Would you trade a highly used, totalled out Honda Accord? Seriously though, thats a beautiful rifle.

Prairie dog hunting Western North Dakota

I would suggest asking land owners for access. I know we are always welcoming folks to shoot em off the ranch. Their burrows are hell on bovine legs, so most land owners who run livestock are happy to be rid of them.

    Extra Fuel

No room in my pack ha ha! But I'm not a lope hunter, I am lucky enough to have my health, and I live less than an hour from most of my spots. Driving around howling for wolves, I may throw a can in the bed thanks to this post.

Changing rifles because of excess recoil.

I have a 300 mag and love it. That being said, it is totally unnecessary for my style of hunting. I don't think a magnum is necessary in general, just makes me feel tougher than I am.

    Africa Big Five

None of the above. I'm perfectly happy shooting dinky mules the rest of my days. I do love to hear other's stories about hunting other species though.

    Back-up Power Bank

I bought three cheap power banks at walmart for 8 bucks each. I get about a charge and a half out of each one. They work just fine, hold a charge well, charge phones quickly. They're a little heavy and have to be kept in a water-tight container, but they work for me.

    Favorite Hunt Hack?

Neck gator is great for glassing from windy peaks and ridges. Zip ties come in handy. Compressible turkey hunting cusion for glassing helps a ton.

    $20k+ and what to do?

I would invest in all new gear (mine ways a ton) and get stocked up on food and supplies. Given the cost of that stuff, that'll probably take care of all 20k.

    Offensive Mountain Name Changes

Ha ha that doesn't take much. I just think the outrage is confusing. We had a statue here in town that was erected by the Wives of the Confederacy. They tore it down and put up the equity ball or something in its place. Huge outrage from the community. This fountain consisted of 80% homeless...
