    Absolutely. I put my release in the category of "shit that would end a hunt if I didn't have a spare"! My pack isn't overkill or overly heavy due to the few spare essentials I keep with me. I leave the spare bow in the truck though....gotta draw the line somewhere :).

    Well, if they stick to land owned by the State of Colorado then that fits with the way state owned land is supposed to be used per the state's rules. Since the land has to turn a profit then housing certainly fills that need.....now, making it easier to transfer federal land to state ownership...
