I disagree with a lot of that statement, your bullet construction plays a lot into how much meat damage you get. I've seen 270 Win have more meat damage than a 300 WM. A bonded bullet or mono bullet will have less meat damage than a cup n core bullet.
My most recent addition is the 300WSM and I absolutely love it! It would be perfect for what you are looking for. If you don't want a magnum really can't beat a 308 or 30-06 or even a 280AI
As mentioned in another post (Both) and problem solved. just make sure you can handle the massive Kahunas and all the ladies the 6.5 creed brings with it
Peterson has a 300 WM brass that is longer to help alleviate the massive stretch that 300 wm brass goes through. I would look at that could probably get more reloads through it.
I agree with that, I feel like the partition is already perfect for the hunting style it was designed for the accubond and accubond lr cover the high BC stuff
I forgot to mention it will be in 270 win and 300 WSM, but after hearing from everyone and everything I have seen elsewhere they should be good hunting bullets. Speer has them labeled as medium and big game hunting bullets. Glad I picked them up when I had the chance.
I looked in the search but didn't find much, i found some speer hot-cor in 180 gr .308 and 150 gr .277 picked up 200 in each. These will be what I hunt with in 2021, probably. Can anyone comment with their experience, or their opinions of these bullets. Both will be loaded over win 760 and...
