And if a FOIA request is needed to get the BLM data, see if you can get the Billings Gazette to file that FOIA request. After all, that paper ran a story that said everything was OK.

That site has KMZ files that show the wilderness boundaries for all the states. Here is a link that will open the Wyoming file and show the 1:250,000 scale USGS topographic map.
