    "Not Selected" for sheep. Count me "not surprised". :) Dammit, switched from moose applications to sheep application this year as I am a bighorn away from a slam but may go back to moose next year. Hope somebody from HT drew something good!

    What's on the smoker today?

    No pics but after 7 days in the brine I smoked some black bear pastrami and it was to die for! Not smoking related but also made corned black bear and it was fantastic. The course grain nature of black bear meat sure makes it conducive to these two dishes. Good stuff!

    Love the rifle, very nice. I have two .375's. A Winchester Model 70 Safari Express and a Sako. Both shoot really well and I don't mind the recoil on them at all. Also have a .416 Remington and that is a great rifle too. Love the big bore rifles. :)
