WTB: 1000 yard rifle and scope
Buying a “1,000 yd” gun with the intention of shooting an elk at 1000 yards is like buying a 1/2 ton pick up with “11,000 lb towing capacity“ and using it to tow an 11,000 lb trailer to the job site every day. Shots at that kinda distance are fun from a solid rest, at the range and maybe good... -

Go Hunt Worth it?
I used it for two state draws this year and was successful in one, so, it has Been for me. I’ve use it quite a bit for research. If you are not looking at several states each year and usually just hunt OTC then probably not. They now have some 3D mapping that is still being tested. Just my $.02.- ILbowhntr

My buddy and I both did not get drawn for NR General season combo tags in MT. They said apps were up 30% this year. Glad I applied for NM this year as I pulled a 2nd season archery tag. Now the planning begins! Best Of luck with all your apps this year. -
