As Larry Potterfield says…at least one more! 😁

    Camper Question

I agree with the idea of selecting a unit with the fold out beds like the one pictured above. It’s amazing the amount of space you gain when the beds are exterior to the frame of the trailer. You do need to keep them dry during storage, so if you have them deployed in the rain, just open it up...

Thank you HuntTalk! Tagged out in Jabridge

More details of your hunt would be great. What weapon? How many days, how far, how many encounters, how did you manage to get into shooting range etc. I’m certainly NOT asking for need to details the location or anything like that….just the story. What a great bull!! Congrats!

    The Storms of Life

The storms of life indeed. Having family that can help manage the storms must really give your Mom great perspective on the family she has raised. I’m sure this will give her strength to fight as hard as she will need to in order to get through this storm. I’m sure she also takes satisfaction...

    Do overs 2021 while hunting..

What the hell is up with people? Who leaves stuff like that at campsites? Get a dna sample from that and turn it in to the police…then shower…in bleach…and never feel clean again 🤪

    FOID Issues

YEP! Had a similar experience with my replacement card. 170 days not unusual. My suggestion is always have a valid FIOD card owner with you when transporting. I did end up transporting a couple times but had photo of my old lost card along with the confirming Email from ISP after my application...

    Possible alternative to an Inreach?

I’m very happy with my In-reach mini. Plan options from Garmin also make it very flexible to unsubscribe in the months when I don’t need it. Being an early adopter for a phone or TV is one thing…for a “mission critical/life saving device” it’s an entirely different set of decision criteria. Cost...

A Bull Ek, A Buck Deer and a Huge Black Wolf

I am finishing up reading a book titled “Where the Elk Roam”. I highly recommend it. I learned a lot about the history, politics and conservation practices regarding elk in the western US. What I also learned is that the multitude of factors surrounding many of the issues brought up by the...

    Elk on OnX ?

Very true. For the first couple days elk hunting each year I see more elk, bears and other game than just about anyone else I hunt with….then reality sets in and my mind stops playing games it’s me on about day 3.
