    Definitely some of this going on. My local firearm forum has a strong barter economy going! Snag whatever is available and post a want-to-trade for X Not necessarily a bad thing, but definitely doesn't help the shortage with people buying whatever they can.

    Did the rounds yesterday in central NC. Walmart didn't have a single box of anything. Bass pro shop only had a few boxes of 6.8 western, .338 projectiles, & muzzleloading supplies.
