New Tire Opinions
I had 2 Chevy Silverados, one with bfg all terrain ko2 and the other with nitto Terra grappler. The nittos got better mileage but the bfg did more off the snow and mud. Never got stuck either way though.- Jm84

Sleeping in truck or tent
For the same money as a topper ( I have a topper on my truck) you can get a enclosed trailer. I sent mine up as a mobile hunt camp with fold down bunk, folds up to haul atv. Solar panel does most charger that you may need. Back to you topic. I'd go with topper. Tint the windows and your...- Jm84

How bad is a 3/4 ton truck off road?
The new Duramax can do anything you need to and anything short of pulling a dozer. But if you get stuff, that Toyota pickup or jeep will NOT pull you out- Jm84

What is in your truck kit?
Pretty much everything in a combat medic kit minus the morphine and stretcher. Plenty of tools to fix anything tool. I opt for 3m electrical tape before duck take. Doesn't hurt as much taking off you or your dog.- Jm84

Looking for a 308… Maybe
With a 18" barrel, you will not get velocity on said box of ammo. I load for a 16" barrel and I can get close but a fair amount of pressure.
