Well after going and my AK moose back in 2019, I'm headed back next year to get a caribou. These are the two AK animal I have dreamed of getting for as long as I can remember. It's going to be a long wait....
I'm in. Burning my 13 points going in for a wilderness elk hunt. Taking my horses and going with a buddy that is a resident. Should be 100% draw with my points. Super excited.
Well my first application of the year is in. Burning my 13 points going in on a WY wilderness elk hunt. I'm taking my horses from Idaho and going with a buddy who is a resident in WY. It should be a 100% draw with my points. I'm super excited. This has been a dream hunt for a long time. Come on...
I'm an avid chukar hunter and Treasure Valley native. I've hunt upland around here for the last 35 years. You could basically draw a 25-50 mile circle around Boise and I've killed chukar in all directions. Emmett, Bogus Basin, SF Boise, King Hill, Grand View, Murphy, Marsing, Homedale...

I'm a little late in posting but my last day of the season Idaho deer. A great day spent on horseback with my oldest daughter. She got this great buck earlier in September.
Just got back from my CO unit 40 3rd season hunt. This was the biggest buck we could turn up in 5 days. Tons of does. Not sure where all the big boys were hiding. The locals said it was a tough year.
