Kansas deer application (mandatory to buy license?)
Seems like to me they changed that last year. I might be wrong. In the past I purchased mine after drawing but in last year’s application there didn’t seem to be a way to not buy it.- Knight.54

.45cal vs .50cal questions for 1st muzzy
My Colorado legal gun is a .54 for elk. I shoot a .45 anywhere I can. You can generate more velocity in a smaller tube. If you’re a one rifle guy, I guess you can be a one muzzleloader guy. I can’t. What’s the fun of having just one? My biggest deer have fallen to a .45 When I want to...- Knight.54

Wyoming Antelope Draft Numbers - Yikes
I spent a couple of hours looking it over…. It’s gonna be tough for a NR to get a tag. Some units I was looking at will go from 3 or 4 tags in the random to probably zero. I’m glad they’re responding to the winter but it maybe a few years before I get another tag. Like ccc said I’m suprised... -

I’ll throw in a vote for the Museum of the American Indian (good place for lunch in their cafeteria) and the International Spy museum. Like others have said—Air and Space and Natural History. The Washington monument is cool as well.- Knight.54

Ugh! It’s tag season, not rifle stock season. Almost pulled the trigger for my 700 .280. I really like the blind box so I took a step back and will probably go with a Bell and Carlson so I don’t have to add metal.
