    Semi auto for me for various reasons. I haven’t gotten on the tss train, doubt it kills them any deader than the long beard xr’s I’ve been shooting for years. I do like a more compact 22 inch gun for turkey hunting. Always have shot a 12 gauge because I haven’t found a reason to switch.

    Leupold scopes love or hate em?

    Most rifles wear nightforces for me. They’re heavy but are tough. I don’t beat my gear like some guys do and get off on warranties but I’ve had a couple leupolds with tracking issues, still good scopes and leupold has always taken care of the problem.

    Buy a wet tumbler some ss pins and you’re off to the races. I would buy that first all the case prep can be done with hand tools.

    For a hunting gun, load it to mag length. Work on your loads first and find the right powder charge. I don’t crimp anything expect pistol rounds.
