Seems to me the MWF has been very active this legislative session. I've been impressed by their advocacy for sportsmen of Montana this session. I think they would be well worth your consideration, among others.
Your questions about nonprofits and what they can and cannot do will likely be answered here:

I'm in the process of building a 44'x55' detached garage. The concrete was poured last summer/fall. With these lumber prices the project is on hold until the market corrects itself some. Spending $30+ per sheet of osb, etc is a tough pill to swallow when the project falls more in the "want"...
I have some Nosler Partitions I'm not going to need. (150's sold to @PikesPeakElkHunter) Two boxes of 50 each 200 grain bullets. It looks like Powder Valley has them for $45 per box so that is what I will ask. Willing to ship at buyers expense.
I also have some 35 Whelen factory Nosler ammo...

I skin and put up 90% of the coyotes I shoot. A few with mange or mites will get transported and disposed of without being skinned. I don't like shooting coyotes that aren't prime but have made exceptions when landowners who allow me access ask for my help removing coyotes causing problems...

Neither of those should cause a problem. I've probably tumbled nearly 15,000 pieces of brass using either Dawn or Lemi Shine in my tumbler without any hiccups.
What type of liquid cleaners?
I would imagine all but the harshest of chemicals will be fine. The drums are composed of hard rubber and the lids are aluminum but have a rubber coat that seals them from the liquid.
I've been using stainless pins in the Harbor Freight dual drum tumbler for several years. I primarily use it on range brass or 1x fired bulk brass I have purchased online but also use it on brass fired from suppressed gas guns. I haven't found any corn cob or walnut that can clean brass from...
