I bet we could get a majority of sportsmen to support the elimination of gratis tags for elk and moose. I bet many would also support a system that forces a landowner to either get a gratis deer tag or enter the draw, not both. Landowners hunt bucks every year WHILE applying for AND building...- Schism

Many of us couldn't give two turds about baiting or not baiting. I've spelled it out in my replies on the topic as have many others.
