Glen, I have become a big fan of Manfrotto tripods and heads. Go to outdoorsman on Cave Creek. You can try out all the tripods and heads as well as adaptors you want and they are cool guys. As far as bino adaptors, I have the kind that just uses velcro. Sounds flimsy, but its not. Plus you... -

I am on the bubble too. But in reverse. Getting help with the draw process is a big difference from hiring a guide or hunting private land. As far as #2, definately not. Lets take episode 1 for example. Elk hunt in WY. You did map research to determine where you were going to hunt based on...- sturge

Custom Rifles
To clarify, is a brake and a trigger considered custom? I dont think so, but if it is, then I am all for them. :) -

Personally, I am not a gun nut. Have friends who are, and my uncle certainly was. When it comes to hunting, a rifle is just a tool, and if it will put a shot within a few inches @ 300 yds, good enough for me. I would spend more money on optics before I would on a rifle. -

Oak 6 1/8 & 6 5/8. Randy, no hesitation at all. Found him the day before opener, and thankfully no one else was there at daybreak the next morning. And yes, thats the one from the cover. -
