Disappointing to read this when you're hunting in the same vicinity and trying hard to find a single elk that I would actually like to recover. Hope they find the perpetrators who did this. -

Mortgage refinance
Make the time and effort to shop around. In the process of closing a refinance at 2.25 for 15 years. The delta on rates between institutions was as much as a full percent. Took a few weeks of calling around and asking questions, but pays to be patient and find the right lender to go with.- d-edward

Unfortunately, most registered voters can’t be bothered to do their due diligence on candidates and what their policy stances are to make educated voting decisions and instead go off notoriety or whomever spends the money to run TV ads. Conveniently left out of the article, huh? I don't have an issue with him outfitting bull/cow hunts during general - his property, his prerogative. But shoulder seasons were authorized as a privilege, not a right. Feels misguided to moan to the Chronicle in the name of population...- d-edward
