    I'm proud of every elk I've taken. 3/4 of those had no antlers. I don't so much remember each animal, I remember them by who I was with and the conditions we were in. I've never had a bad day elk hunting.

    I get 1-1.5" groups at 100, I sight it about 2.5-3" high at 100 for a 200 yd zero. I shoot a marlin xlr, I believe it's a 24" barrel.     I got a stone glacier solo this year. Have also used mystery ranch. Mystery ranch has more pockets and such, weighs a fair ammt more. I prefer the solo, hands down.     Got my bull, a 6x7 yesterday, i'd post a pic, but for some reason it isn't letting me. I quick measured him at 322" gross. There were a couple others his size, a couple rag horns and some cows. Shot him with a 270 at 425 yds. I have never gotten a mature bull, they are an entirely different...
