Not all Western states sell their lands. WA has more now than at statehood. BF you are confusing "right" with legally correct. You can't find a graph similar to ^ anywhere on the wdfw website or in any of their recent reports/publications. It's almost like they deliberately don't want hunting to know for many fewer deer are on the landscape than just a couple of decades ago.- Irrelevant
