Lifetime Licenses
Got my Kansas lifetime license as a birthday gift at 16, best present ever. I no longer live in Kansas but can get tags as a resident and apply for the elk/antelope drawings. Cabela's/BP absolutely sucks, sorry they won't stand behind their own branded products. I stopped in a Scheel's in Iowa, man I would love to have one here - but I'm in Johnny Morris' home base (just a short drive from their corporate HQ in fact) - so I doubt one ever comes to Springfield. -
