    Love my Cabela's branded Camp Chef 24". It is the old style without the "sear" option.

    I had the late cow hunt in 16E this year and saw some dandy bucks, of course no elk though. So you would probably see piles of elk and no deer haha.

    Stretching hamstrings without bending your back. If it's a disk the McKenzie method works sometimes. Start laying down on your stomach then work up to propping up on your elbows, if that feels ok go to hands on the ground. I'm recovering myself from lower back surgery in August, should be good...
