I just don't like the design Camp Chef uses and am happy I got the original version. Yoder does a really nice job on the sear option but they are crazy expensive

Bought a Gerber RN DTS earlier this year but haven't had a chance to use it yet, hopefully that changes in 3 weeks 😉. Feels really good in the hand though and I think I'm going to like it.
Stretching hamstrings without bending your back. If it's a disk the McKenzie method works sometimes. Start laying down on your stomach then work up to propping up on your elbows, if that feels ok go to hands on the ground. I'm recovering myself from lower back surgery in August, should be good...
