    Until the NR LE quotas are separate from the resident draw, the reduction in odds of NR combos will have zero impact on LE draw odds for NRs. Especially highly sought after rifle permits. Just too many residents in the pool for it to matter

    PP purchases generated 16.5 million in revenue for WY in 2020. Not license sales, point sales. When half of LQ permits go away I would think many will jump out of the point sham. The increase license cost is there to cover the loss in revenue from the point jumpers

    I've always looked at limited quota tags as 'once in a lifetime' for my non resident apps. But when 'once in a lifetime' mathematically starts to look like 'never in a lifetime' it starts to sting when you've invested so much. Why stop at 90/10? Gonna need to auction off a few more tags to cover...

    I looked into this a bit and correct me if I'm wrong but there is a separate 900 series antelope bonus point. Therefore I would think you could apply for 900 series and draw. And still purchase regular pronghorn bonus point for that year. Separate draw, separate points?

    NRs regardless of points are not guaranteed to draw from the "quota" the quota is essentially just the cap of how many NR tags can be drawn. Many times you will find that 0 NRs draw from many of these pools year after year.
