Good luck with that. That’s the problem with the “creep.” You think your almost there and next year it takes 1-3 points more than it did this year for the same tag. I’ve been doing it for 10 years. LOL.- Rhino Hunter

My elk rifle has your (#1) & (#2) also. Mine has a 24" barrel with a slim line muzzle brake that adds about 2". AGREED!!! When I started this points it took 7 points to draw a NR elk tag in Unit 201. I did miss one year of applying when they moved the application date up by a month. Cheeser, No disrespect to you intended in the least. My apologies if you took it that way. But bears that big in MI just don’t seem to exist. By that I mean a bear over 700 pounds. Cheeser, You should watch the video that you posted. The guy in the video states that he weighs “614 pounds” while it’s laying on a scale...ungutted. That would be the live weight. Not 640-650 dressed, and certainly not “around 730 pounds live weight.” I stand by my statement...it’s “B.S.”...- Rhino Hunter
