Yesterday it was burnt ends day on a new Pit Boss 850 I recently got. Poor Man’s Burnt Ends (cubed chick roast) with Meat Church Holy Cow seasoning and Salmon with lemon pepper, hot honey and green onions. Turned out pretty good.

Just some old boring Texas Twinkies and cream cheese. I made some hot honey (honey, red pepper flakes and apple cider vinegar) to drizzle over the cream cheese which made it pretty dang good. In hindsight, I shoulda smoked the honey too.
If that was mine, I would consider that the scope mount screw holes have already effected the collector value so I would reblue. I would also assume that you could have those holes filled prior to refinishing and it would be like they were never there. Then get that thing back into the woods. (y)
