Any chance you have a photo when you were ready to pull away or in transit with the bull on the cargo carrier? I have to say I am fascinated with that part of your story. I can only imagine people's reactions when they saw you rolling down the road!
I am a fan of the World War rifles of all varieties and have a very early Garand... which is probably the crown jewel of all my guns. The CMP forum often has World War weapons being offered up sale. I used to buy, sell and trade on there frequently. You could likely find what you're looking...
One of the packs, I think 4th from the left, is devoid of shrimp for the same reason. (I might have snuck one or two in there in an attempt to convert her unsuccessfully.)
Armadillo eggs. Slight change-up by using wild boar Italian sausage instead of breakfast sausage. I think I prefer the breakfast sausage for these. I also smoked the cream cheese mixture and jalapeños before constructing and honestly I don’t think it makes a difference
Me and my family LOVE the Mississippi Pot roast. Usually just do it in the crock pot but today smoked the chuck roast for three hours then into the Dutch until 203 degree internal. (About 5 hours) It was was a whole new level of goodness.
