Unlimited Vacation
I'm at 4 weeks vacation, accrue 125 hours sick time per year maxing out at 2200 hours total, get 11 national holidays per year, plus a few gift days. I can also build up comp time, which I do. I usually use around 100 hours comp per year. It is definitely a benefit of being a public employee.- dcopas78

My friend works at a place that does this. He says he actually takes less time off now because management makes people feel guilty about using it, or they pressure you in to shortening the length of time off periods- dcopas78

crazy low interest rates
Refinancing @ 2.55%, paying off house 4 years quicker. I'm also truck shopping. Pretty bad when a truck is gonna cost me more than I owe on my house! But I want something set up the way I want it. Wyoming muledeer hunt
