Agree with this. I have a klymit recon insulated and it works for me. I have in the past used an exped (which model I'm not sure) and it was almost like sleeping on a bed in my opinion. The exped ones are considerably more than klymit and they have extra features that allow for the price...- WVmike

That's what I've read. I have a vortex 1-4 on an ar I built and the eye relief is a bit off especially when it's at 4. I want to get him something we can zero and keep zero not shoot with once and send it back. -

PRC Cartridges?
I have a 7mm Rem Mag, .308 and .264 Win Mag but I wouldn't mind having 6.5 prc just for the simple fact that's its not as harsh recoil as my 7 mag would be. The 7 PRC would be nice but if I was loaded and could buy whatever rifle, I'd probably have one for everyday of the week lol.- WVmike

VIAM Outdoors Insulator Quilts
I have a klymit recon insulated pad that works pretty well. I've used it down to 25-30 degrees with a 0 degree bag that I use now, but that bag probably weighs 10 lbs. Its one of the Cabelas trekker 0 bags.- WVmike
