They'll both do the job if you do your job. I suspect reliability will be pretty close between them. I'd go handle both and make the pick based on how they felt in my hands. Browning is a step above IMO and I've never heard of anyone saying their Browning wouldn't shoot accurately. Good luck.
I can only offer my thought process. I start with the caliber and what i want to do with it. My "big game" rifle needed to meet similar parameters (no moose). I wanted a caliber that hit hard, shot flat, penetrated and had recoil i could not only tolerate but shoot enough to be confident with...
I have the vipers and really like them. I’d look hard at the Athlons. A buddy bought one of their scopes and I was very impressed with the clarity. Good luck.
I can’t say one way or the other is better. I generally just shoot them with cheap ammo in the beginning as I’m usually putting on a new scope and just need to get on paper. I’ll burn the whole box of cheaper stuff and clean the gun then start a reloading ladder. Good luck and let us know how it...
alright! Congratulations. Are you going to break it in or just shoot it? I have a Howa 1500 308 varmint version that is such an awesome shooter that it will be one of the last guns to leave my safe

Open to other trades too.
PM me if you are interested and i will send pics of...
Hey Mike,
yes, i too like pigeons. Dad, brother and i used to raise rollers and we always had fun with them. We didn't have mink to contend with in So Ca and I'm surprised at the devastation that mink caused. we played with "homers" casually but didn't raise a kit. Keep after it as long as it's...
This is also a very cool pic. Im surprised by the number of chics that little hawk had. i would've expected 2 or 3 max. Busy mom feeding those mouths....
Watch Randy's videos on mule deer hunting and e-scouting. he has loads of tips that are great. for us, we replicated his approach and burned boot leather scouting. I try to find the elevation that has the most sign first and stick in that plane as possible looking into North Facing slopes...
