Only other scope our family has sent in was 20 years ago if I remember right and that was all user caused.. about puked when I opened the box and it was empty.
Very very happy with how they handled all of this!
Saw someone the other day asking about Leupold's Customer service and just want to toss this out there.. Our family runs mostly leupolds on everything and had a scope get sent in for warranty and when it was returned to me you could tell it had been tampered with where the tape from leupold had...
Ok was just curious because everyone else doesnt seem to think private land access in a state that is 90%+ private is that big of a deal.
I have heard of some more lucrative crp contracts being offered out to people the last few years, but with not many takers.. According to the game and fish...
What happens in a state thats 90% private when 50%+ of that becomes unhuntable due to access. Does that outweigh the chance of an increased chance at a moose or elk tag?
Theres a pretty big number of people in our section of moose unit that wouldn't have even had the opportunity at a moose if...
Again.. Repurcussions for actions, where access would just become harder and harder to obtain. If you want to introduce a bill like that anyone currently can bring it forward to a representative. Where the bill goes from there is something that we protected in our state constitution where we...
Well in the instance of ndbha.. I think poll results they could ask for and then send out and get back on this bill would be pretty fun to see and probably a lot closer then what you think.
Or maybe the board realizes that since they represent more then just a board, the input from its members do mean something, and that maybe since they do pay dues or are active members their voices being heard isn't a bad thing.
I know how boards work.. I sit on to many to count on my fingers, the "fun" part about living where and being put on boards is almost a rite of passage it seems.
As part of a grass root movement a majority of those boards I'm on now poll it's members (whether due paying or just members as...
Again youre not getting the point I'm making while I'm getting yours.. You can introduce and lobby for anything you want, in North Dakota and in almost every state I believe but could be wrong.
The bill gets introduced, discussion is held, a vote is made, and a bill becomes law. I get that and...
NDBHA took their stance on this bill after a board meeting prior to legislative assembly being kicked off.. Without taking the input of due paying members.. The grass roots movement is steadily increasing in North Dakota, especially the western half of the state. People like to have a voice into...
Its not scary from the landowner side of things in the perspectives you shared so much and wouldn't affect my hunting area or way I hunt much if at all..
It's more scary for those sportsmen that would lose hunting acres because access would be that much harder to obtain
Back when the game and fish allowed the population to become so out of control they had to almost double the number of tags given out.. You used be able to almost get unlimited doe tags. I remember when people had 3-4 doe tags each here in North Dakota and a buck tag.. And a bow tag.
I would bet they do also.. The scary thing about a state being so covered with private (rememver I hunt other states with public land and also hunt private land in other states)..
Is that land access becomes tougher and tougher to gain as it is.. And something like that would only make it...
Well they meet every odd year but with the passing of the term limit bill there has been rumblings of switching to every year..
Theres been talk to go to a 1 tag only system in North Dakota for some time and that's been shot down..
Right wrong or indifferent those bills would probably be meet...
The legislature makes rules on all kinds of outdoors/wildlife situations.. Has in the past and will in the future also..

An elected director of an agency that can make its own regulations (have to be signed in in the proclamation, I know) seems like a decent...
The wonderful thing about the legislature and not an agency with am appointed director.. If you don't like what your local representatives are doing, you have the power to vote them out.
I voted agaisnt the term limit bill here in the state when it was on a ballot.. But the majority that bill passed by should be a wake up call for any government or agency that people are sick of the way some things are being handled. This bill can be another example.
