This helps. It's too bad not everyone is as passionate about the resource as we are. I will keep buying to a point. However, I'm a bit perplexed why I buy a hunting liscense and end up paying additional $$ for a fishing license I didn't want and then get stiffed for additional fees to fight...- ewludwig

Did I read it correctly? 406 states in pt 4 that those that are priced out of elk hunting due to high tag prices can still contribute to conservation of elk through RMEF? Gee, thanks. What a deal for the non resident who wants to hunt elk but is on a budget and can't afford it any longer. MT...- ewludwig

packable down jacket?
IMO, there is nothing that compares to down for warmth and pack ability. I run a Patagonia and layer it under a windproof rain jacket. That said, I'm switching to the Sitka Kelvin Lite for the upcoming season as a wanted synthetic and a hood. The reason I opted for synthetic was the ability...- ewludwig

Blake.....I don't want facts to get in the way of a good discussion, but most of the Green Bay receivers you mentioned have in fact been to pro bowls. A couple of them have been to multiple pro bowls. I can't disagree more so I will gladly agree to disagree with virtually all of your points...- ewludwig

My team just got whooped so I'm a bit sour....but I must say I disagree with most of this....hard to argue with Brady's record. The "system" has kept winning no matter who plays in it. Only constant is Brady. I don't have a problem with winners. Had the Vikes not choked I would have wanted...- ewludwig

Trekking poles
I have chicken legs but otherwise no issues with knee/ankle problems. I have avoided numerous falls during pack outs on uneven terrain. There is no way I would pack out without them.
