    It is still a 2-can limit (6 in possession) up in interior Alaska, but since the season opens Sept 1 and freeze up is typically early to mid October, we rarely see them as colored up as those two drakes in Colorado.

    HTer Fitness Goals '24 Edition

    I hike a local National Wildlife Refuge, starting before dawn. On the way back I pick up litter, which helps stretch this 67 year old body, and maintains a trash free refuge. This Drake Canvasback saw my white trash bag and was curious. Before sunrise, so not enough light for a good photos.

    Big Sky Sporting Clays

    I used to work summers out of Allagash. Reminded me of interior Alaska. Canoed a different river every weekend. Also lived in Durham NH and always went to Kittery for lobster dinners. Great memories.
